Obtaining herstellerID for new software

Hi,
We initiated the process for obtaining herstellerID for our new software on 17th July'23 but haven't heard anything back from the Elster. Can you please help us with the next steps or the expected time to receive the ID. Also, do we need to provide the proof of successful submission in test environment before we obtain the herstellerID.
