can I put in tax declaration for 2018 income?

Did you replace the sink or did you call a mechanic to do that? If you paid noncash, the cost for the working time can be considered. It must be displayed on the bill.

What about KFZ-Anteil für Montagefahrzeug?

Nach § 35 a EStG begünstigt sind nur die Aufwendungen für die Leistung selbst (in Rechnung gestellte Arbeits- und Fahrtkosten einschließlich der auf diese Kosten entfallenden Umsatzsteuer).
I do not know if this KFZ-Anteil can be considered Fahrtkosten or not
