Sorry for writing in English, my German is not good enough.
I want to make tax declaration for income during 2017 in electronic form.

During year 2017, SBK (Krankenversicherung) gave me 70 € as premium (bonus programme)
Where must I write this amount?

I am Arbeitnehmer so for sure I must fulfill Anlage N
