Is it still possible submit via Elster tax declaration for income 2017?
I should have credit
I am waiting for postal letter from Finanzamt to activate chance to use Elster.
Using Elster is it possible fill different Anlagein different days before submit?
I mean fill it partially and save

Yes, you can begin to make the declaration now and save it, without sending it.

But using Mein Elster, you must have a certificate to log in and begin.

With ElsterFormular or other programs, you could begin to edit your data without a certificate. When you have the certificate later, you'll be able to use it for sending. ElsterFormular ist free but runs out next year.
