Grundsteuererklärung Hilfe (English)

Hi everyone,

I have an apartment in Berlin and I'm trying to fill the Grundsteuererklärung.
In the Grundbuch it shows that the building is 608sqm and I have a part 149/10000.
If I calculate this: 149/10000*608 I get 9.05sqm. However my apartment is actually 27sqm. What am I missing here?

Obvioulsy it's not the building that has 608 sqm, but the ground itself.
